Modi takes aim at Akhilesh's alliance with New Bua - Mamata Banerjee
During a rally in Krishnanagar, West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Trinamool Congress (TMC), accusing the state government of obstructing development projects. Referring to the recent inauguration of AIIMS in Kalyani, Nadia district, Modi alledged the state government interfering in the project.
"A few days ago, AIIMS was inaugurated by me through video conferencing in Kalyani, but the West Bengal government has a problem with the construction of Kalyani AIIMS," stated PM Modi, questioning the need for permissions and alleging a culture of corruption in granting them.
In a bold move, Modi redefined the acronym 'TMC,' equating it with "Tum" (you), "Me" (I), and "Corruption," insinuating that the party's focus lies on self-interest and malpractice.
